Ovulation pains

Since having my son 2 and a half years ago certain times of the month I feel a really tender belly almost like pressure on my abdomen and pains on either side where my ovaries would be. On the app it happens around my fertile window and ovulation date so I’m assuming this is the reason for it.

Anyone else feel ovulation since having kids? I never knew when I was ovulating before unless I did a test. Just wondering if it’s normal to feel like this.
