Any idea what these bumps could be?

My daughter started getting these red bumps all over one side of her face a few days ago. It goes all the way to the back of her ear. I think it's starting on the other side of her face too. Any idea what this could be? Could it be acne or eczema?

My daughter had hormone rash that looked similar, but it was on both sides of her face. She got it during growth spurts and it went away on its own after a couple weeks (I think she kind of had one growth spurt run into another which was why it took so long to go away).

My baby girl had the same thing, I got worried but it went away. Make sure you clean the face with warm water and little bit of soap. I started cleaning her face two times a day to clear it up.

My daughter just got that this last weekend and it’s just now getting better. Was told it was a heat rash. 
We were outside this last Sunday and my sister was holding her, and where she was holding her it’s become bumpy just like this. 
I’ve been keeping her naked and cool all week and I’ve also rubbed some breast milk on it and then rinsed it off twice a day.

Most of the time it's just milk bumps. If you notice bumps appear where the baby normally spits up that's probably all it is. It will go away mama don't worry too much. It could also be heat bumps as well. If so it will go away with a cool cloth.

Any idea what these bumps could be?
