Done bleeding ?

I had a subchorionic hematoma they said was less then a cm big that caused me to bleed and have to go in yesterday sac and everything was still there and where its suppose to be, I passed a red little muscle like clot about the size of a quarter bled for a bit after not enough to even go on the pad just when I peed started getting pink now since about 9 yesterday its a brown with tiny darker brown specks only when I wipe. I have an ultrasound Tuesday but im hoping that everything okay. Does it sound like the hematoma is gone ?
