So my parents are taking me out for dinner for my bday with both side grandparents, sister and her boyfriend.

My husband and I just found out this week we are pregnant and my bday dinner is in 2 weeks. My husband wants to do lottery ticket pregnancy announcements for them. I think that’s cute..

I want to give them a picture of my husband and I with the pregnancy test in a frame for an ultrasound when we get it and maybe onsies saying for my parents they are gonna be first time grandparents my sis an aunt etc. my husband doesn’t like the onesie idea says what are they gonna do with it…but I was thinking, since it’s for my bday what if my husband says he wanted to get me a bday cake too and we get a small cake that says on it “we’re pregnant!”
