What’s everyone doing for birth control?
I’m not really that keen to go back on the pill as I’ve heard it’s not the best for your body.
I’m exclusively breastfeeding so I won’t have a period until I stop, as I wanted to track my ovulation to avoid sex however I’m not sure if I can do this if I’m not having periods.
What do you guys suggest?
