Are there any churches today that don't allow women to speak?

Question

"Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission as the law says. If they want to enquire about something they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church." 
1 Corinthians 14:34-35
This is a very confusing part of scripture to me because of how churches act now towards women. Our local church just got a new female minister. 
I don't understand how or why churches can abide by some of God's Word but not all of it? 
Maybe there is a good reason that I have not been told?
Can anyone explain if this somehow changed at some point?

Context is key. From my understanding this was addressing a specific issue to that church wherein women who disagreed with church leadership were talking over sermons and causing disruption….this is not for all women forever. The design of the church though with a man as the head is and women pastors teaching over men are not biblical. Our church has female pastors but they aren’t our main teaching pastors, they just lead over women and youths ministry...

I would never belong to a church that refused to allow women to speak. Very few people other than perhaps isolated monks follow all of the expectations and rules set forth in the Bible. It’s nearly impossible in our society and society has changed from what it was when man wrote and then repeatedly translated and rewrote the Bible over the history of Judaism and Christianity.

If women could not speak then Paul would not have ended a epistle honoring women decons, bishops, and apostles. Clearly this scripture has been taken out of context for far too long.

In my church, women can ask questions during Bible class. Other than that, women don’t speak. We teach children’s Bible class, but we don’t preach or pray or lead singing during service.

There are plenty. John Piper has good sermons on this. 
I don’t know where I stand. My parents have female preachers in their church, but in my church it’s never happen. 
I also think you have to explore more about the “abide by some but not all”. These churches believe they abide by it all. Even the aspects that you don’t see anymore are actually contextualized by other scripture, so it’s not that churches are necessarily picking and choosing (some are for sure), it’s that scripture itself gave boundaries for certain things and absent that context scripture doesn’t mandate or require it. Tim Keller explains this well. 
I don’t have a firm perspective. I believe God honors me for doing my best to understand and love others. In that, I honor God.

This scripture was written for that time. From what I've read, women were not educated then. The women would interrupt service to ask the men for clarification. It was causing the service to be disrupted. I read somewhere too that men and women sat on opposite sides of the church.. so if this is true the women would have been talking loudly across a room. The goal of this scripture was to have the women to ask their husband after service about the sermon as to not make it harder for others to hear during service. Paul honors women in other verses that were apostles and teachers.

I would personally never belong to a specific church that didn’t value my voice. Submission requires context and in the context of viewing your husband as the head of your household etc I agree- but men and women are created equal and God loves me using my voice, that’s why he gave it to me
