When your son is the ONLY grandchild
My mom had 6 kids and out of all of them I was the ONLY one who had a child and he's my only. My son is 15. I tell him no McDonald's. He calls my mom acting like I'm starving him. I told him today I'm not buying him McDonald's and then I see doordash at my house. He said he asked grandma. I called my mom saying he has food here and she goes "My grandbaby hungry!" So... I took advantage. I told my son to call grandma and say he wants a large chocolate milk shake too and an extra large fry. So he calls my mom and says "Grandma... I forgot that I also wanted an extra milk shake and fries because mom don't be feeding me enough". She goes of course baby and now we are both enjoying some free McDonald's.
Edit: He only acted that dramatic to get me food too. When I said he acts like he's starving he pretty much just calls my mom and is like "Grandma I'm hungry!" And there's food at the door. My mom knows I feed this kid. It's just he's her ONLY grandchild.
Edit: To the person who says I raised a lying brat. You know NOTHING about my son. Yes he will call his grandma and say he's hungry but lots of kids do that. You have no right to say such rude things about my child who you do not even know.
