Possible ectopic?

So I’ve had blood draws done, first was 107. 3 days later 218 and then 3 days after that 645.9. But they still can’t see a baby but found a mass in my right adnexa. They said it could be a cyst…. Has someone had this? I’m also cramping/ spotting.

I'm not sure why you think ectopic, I don't see anything here that supports that. It says you have a gestational sac in your uterus, it's just too early to see anything else. Stay positive, your levels and everything looks good 👍🏽 relax

Ectopic is a possibility. When it’s ectopic HCG levels will rise like they should if it was implanted in the uterus. Bleeding and cramping is common in ectopic pregnancies because it’s not located in the right spot. You won’t have for sure answer until it can be see on an ultrasound. Although, I hope none of this is the outcome for you. It could be completely normal and hopefully you see that baby on the next US 🤞🏻🙏

Anything that represents a baby is where it should be, but your right ovary and tube is concerning. Complex lesions aren’t usually something to mess around with. 
With levels that low, the baby wouldn’t be visible yet anyway so it’ll probably pop up later on.
