Leaving my partner

My boyfriend and I have been together almost 5 years, we have 2 kids 3yr and 1yr old. I think he still wants to act like a teenager and not a dad at times. He expects me to do everything. And even talking to him about how I feel and I want things to change nothing really hasn’t. I honestly feel like im falling out of love, and im so scared to tell him. Maybe it’s because im scared to be alone. But I feel more angrier, and depressed because he’s here but not helping me with anything, and when I ask for help he gets mad. I don’t even know what to do anymore. And advice I’d appreciate!
