Freaking out!!

Hi ladies, I just got my first blood/urine test, they told me they would be running a drug test so I was very honest with my nurses and told them I have been occasionally smoking to help with my super terrible nausea during the day and they were completely okay with the marijuana use. But I just got my results and I’m testing positive for codeine???

My results were “393h”, I’m freaking out because I have no idea why? I haven’t even so much as taken a Tylenol besides 1 time 2 weeks before my blood draw, the only other thing I can think of is me eating poppy seed bagels every morning? Has anybody else experienced this? (I get medical marijuana so no way it’s laced in that) I just need help, I don’t want my dr’s to look at me like an opiate addict when I have no idea why I’m testing positive!
