How much are your kids eating?
Seems my son is only losing weight. He just recently started eating so am not sure how much kids should eat at his age. Until he turned 2, he would eat either nothing or 2 table spoons a day and half an apple.
Well now, in a day he can eat an ⅛ of a pizza, a full apple, sometimes 2, a small cup of porridge or juice, half a banana and breast milk. Is that enough? He is definitely eating more but i dont want to underfeed him only because am accustomed to him eating less. We still struggle but so much better

Omg thanks guys for the detailed responses. Am so grateful and this is so helpful. I sure am not feeding him enough. Just wish he would stop saying no no to food.
One more thing, how do you space out the 3 meals and 2 snacks? At what time do you they have their meals?
