Bleeding from sex

This has happened a few times now where I’m unaware I’m bleeding (or the intercourse has caused bleeding) until we’re finished having sex and there’s blood everywhere. Both times I was not spotting earlier in the day and not on my period. After the first time I experienced a yeast infection and got an exam but the doc didn’t offer any insight. This most recent time I bled again and don’t know why, and no yeast infection followed up. Help! Anyone?! 😩
