Ectopic pregnacy

I am heart broken!! 💔 back in January I had an ectopic pregnacy on my left fallopian tube that ended up ruptured and had to be remover. I had alot of hope in becoming pregnant again since I still had my right fallopian tube. On June 26th I go my BFP I was so happy because we had been trying so hard to get pregnant again. Yesterday July 12 I went to the hospital because I was having sharp pains on my right side. 😔 I knew immediately it was another ectopic. I had the same pain and symptoms from my previous ectopic. I arrived to the hospital and get me in right away due to my history. They confirmed what was my biggest fear. My right tube has ruptured. I had to go into emergencies surgery again. Now I'm left with nothing. Knowing I won't be able to get pregnant again devastes me. I don't know how to handle all of this. Has anyone been thorough this? If so how did you cope with it?
