Not sure if im eating/burning enough to lose weight
I’m using MyFitnessPal to track my calories, I was thinking 1500 would be good, as I exercise, lifting weights and cardio, 5 days a week with an active rest day. My friend went to college, for like a year for nutrition, so she has a basic understanding of nutrition, and she said 1800.
I’m confused as to if I’m supposed to be ONLY eating as many calories as my BMR, or if I should be eating more and burning it off. So I had 1538 calories today and my Apple Watch says I burned 663 active calories. 380 of those were an active cardio work out, is what I’m doing right? I’m confused…
