Can someone help me with OPKS

I just decided to start OPKS to see if im even ovulating. My cycles have been out of wack. I had a chemical pregnancy two cycles ago and had a 21 day and then 26 day cycle after. Did I ovulate on CD7 or is that too early and I should keep testing
