Does anyone know what this is?

My son has has these since Sunday. He’s formula fed and is not eating cereal or baby food yet.

Looks like it could just be dry skin or an irritation to maybe perfume or something. Someone held my daughter when she was 3 months and wears damn near a whole bottle of perfume and she got a rash on the whole left side of her body, I don’t wear perfume and if I do it’s like one or two sprays. Just keep an eye on it

I agree with skin irritation. Maybe try treating with aquaphor (the miracle goo!) and switch to products for sensitive skin, such as laundry detergent, lotions, soaps, etc. If it doesn’t start to get better after a few days, call the doctor.

Are you using a free and clear laundry detergent? If not, definitely switch. I’d call the pediatrician to see if they can suggest anything to clear it up.
