Allergy ?

90 percent of the time my son gets red spots like this after eating anything,  I’m so confused in my head I’m thinking it’s a allergy but how is that possible when it happens 90 percent of the time / edit- here he ate pumpkin banana and Mango

Some people have a huge list of allergies. I would take him for an allergy/intolerance test.

I would look up some elimination plans to determine allergies, I had loads of allergies as a child and remember going a week or two without something and then my mom feeding me that item while watching me and asking if it tasted spicy or itchy, plus she would check for irritations to the skin like this.  
Turns out as an adult I’ve grown out of most of them, but up until age 12 any new foods were super concerning for my mom.
