3 month teething

Hi moms my LO is 3 months and he’s been extremely fussy as in lately :( I have my suspicions that he might be teething possibly.

He drooling a lot and he’s been chewing on his hands so much . Today was probably the worst day for him :( screams out crying like never before he’s feed clean diaper and burped. Is he to young for teething? Or maybe something else ? I feel so hopeless 😔 nothing I do comforts him . If it if teething anything I can do to make him less pain?
