One breast feels more tender than the other

My right breast feels more tender than the left. The side of it also looks slightly swollen compared to the other. The left one feels normal while the right one feels like a flat pancake. It’s getting darker and it looks as if the nipple is shifting. Rather, the areola looks swollen, causing my nipple to seem as if it’s looking down.

Should I be concerned? Is this normal? I’ve never noticed this until tonight. Should I wait until tomorrow morning or should I go to the hospital asap?

Edit: I noticed a bit of curves/ dumpling on my under breast. It’s a bit hard to see but the shadows were there when I paid closer attention.
