Miscarriage??
So i had multiple positive pregnancy tests including at the doctor and she did a sonogram and couldn’t see a sac or a baby. So she said im most likely just too early to see but she took my blood out and my hcg level is at 140. But today I started spotting and I don’t know if this is implantation or a miscarriage.
