Postpartum questions

I havent had my baby yet. Was just wondering how long it took everyone to heal who gave birth vaginally? Did u breastfeed? I heard you heal faster when you breast feed. I honestly cant remember since its been 3 years since my first baby lol. I live in my hometown and my husband works out of town. I wanted to go back with him on a 6 hr drive a week and half after giving birth with my baby and toddler. Would traveling be ok? Of course it also depends on how the birth goes...
