Strange postpartum symptoms, wondering if anyone else has experienced this

So ever since I had my son, almost 6 weeks ago, I have a strange pressure and pain in my urethra just right at the tip where pee comes out. I’ve had many UTIs in my lifetime and it doesn’t feel like that at all. It’s not a burning sensation it’s more like pressure. I notice it whenever I go number 2 lol and when I sneeze, sometimes even when i stand up. I swear that it bleeds sometimes too. I see some spotting in my underwear that lines up with it once in a while. What could this be ?!
