Amniotic fluid on the low side

So I had a non-stress test & an ultrasound to check my amniotic fluid. Baby is great! My amniotic fluid was on the lower side but I am 40 + 3 so the doctor sent me home. I work up today at 5am and rolled over & felt another little gush come out that was about a tablespoon or so based on the stain it left on my underwear. I got up & went to the bathroom & it is odorless, before I thought this was discharge but now I’m worried it’s more fluid. Should I call my midwife?
