Morning sickness coming and going

Is it normal for morning sickness to come and go? I’m 6 almost 7 weeks along, and had been feeling like utter crap the majority of this week with morning sickness, like nauseous and unable to eat. And then randomly yesterday and today I’ve been feeling better, not quite 100% but not the typical nausea and icky-ness that I’ve been feeling this week. Has this happened to anyone else? I just am hopeful it doesn’t mean anything is wrong the the baby.
