How long did you wait to tell family?

Hello I’m 4wk+4days and just got BFP yesterday morning. I have my first doctor appt to confirm it on Monday. I will see my family this weekend but then won’t see again for a couple weeks! I’m a first time mom and anxious to tell them. 
Can I tell them this weekend or wait until after doc appt and two weeks?

I waited to tell my parents until after my first ultrasound at 8 weeks to confirm a heartbeat. Then told everyone else at 14 weeks. I’m currently 15 weeks.

I found out on Tuesday…only told my sisters lol I’m planning on telling my parent this weekend

I told my mom as soon as I had a positive. We told extended family after 12 weeks when I had my first ultrasound and everything was looking okay

We told our parents and kids right away, 5-6 weeks. Other family, friends and social media we announced at 14 weeks.

32W and still haven’t told most of ours 🤣 only told the 2 people we have watch our son regularly so I’d have child care the days I Have appointments. Other than that if they haven’t figured it out by now they don’t know. (It started off as a joke, wondering how long it would take people who regularly see us to figure it out.. jokes on us because we have the least observant families in history 😂😂)
