Pap smear in early pregnancy

How many of you had a Pap smear done during pregnancy?

I had one done today during my ultrasound visit because I’m 21 and hadn’t had one yet, but I regret saying yes to it. I’ve had pretty bad cramps since and some spotting (midwife said this was normal) but man it’s still uncomfortable :(
