hey y’all i just got diagnosed with hsv-1
i have a few questions .
am i contagious when i’m not having an outbreak ?
i technically only have it in my mouth but have had 1 sure down below and never had one since . so do i have this down below as well ? ( i only had one sore )
since i only had it one time down there can i shave ? or would it trigger it ? mostly it’s my mouth that is affected when i have a outbreak ?
