So my landlord

Gave us a notice to quit with a forged signature ( it belongs to the owner) on it, and a application to the director for an eviction however it is just the application and there is No hearing ..

I am confused is it legal???

So a update: the notice to quit is illegal however she has told us today that the house will no longer be a rental and we need to move ASAP… me and hubby is going to the tenancy board tomorrow.

But I did put In for housing however don’t know if we will ever get into that, and there is no other places within our income where we live.

This shirt sucks. We have been living here for nine years never been late on rent not once. And then this….
