Humans are not naturally monogamous nor do we mate for life, so it’s normal to be sexually attracted to other people when in a relationship. Like seeing a hot person and having a fleeting “oh damn they could get it” moment. 
What’s not normal is using that as a manipulation tactic and expressing it to your partner in they way you’ve described. Who ever is doing this to you is a grade A asshole.
