Need thought and prayers

My MIL had my daughter this morning who turns 2 months on Monday, had her wrapped in her eletric heated blanket that was on high, ( even tho we told her not to put her under the blanket, she does it everytime) My daughter has only had one wet diaper that was her first diaper changed this morning about 830 before we handed her to MIL around 9am, she has barley ate she's breastfed and normally eats every 2 to 3 hours on the hour,but only ate today about 6am she comfort nursed and thats it, she has been very very sleepy not her normal happy talkative self. This has me majorly concerned. We called the after hours pediatrician and they said "take her to the nearest emergency room now" we willno be having a talk with MIL about this and how dangerous it is to put a infant under so much heat.
