I live in NY. So my FMLA is paid up to 12 weeks.

My job has been super stressful and the stress has been getting to me health wise. I’m not ready to leave yet as I want all my 12 weeks for when the baby is born. If I drop down to part time in the middle of august, would this affect how much money I receive if I’m due oct 8th? I tried looking online and didn’t get any concrete answers, so was wondering if any mamas knew more about this. I have been working at my job for well over 12 months(5years) and way more than 1,250 hours.

I just don’t know if when they go to get how much you will receive for FMLA, if they look at like only your last 4 weeks or what you have made total for the year.
