TMI red itchy inner labias

it’s been like this for about two weeks now, at first my discharge was definitely abnormal - yellow, thick, odor. now it’s going back to normal, more watery, less odor, white-clear. but it is SO SO itchy down there, i’ve tried airing out, using rash cream on the area. i don’t have a gyno and can’t afford one (bad insurance) so “go to the doctor” comments don’t help. if anyone knows what this is or how to relieve the itching please let me know. no bumps or anything. just super red and inflamed at the moment because i absentmindedly itch during the night i suppose.
