Should I leave?

Before y’all come at me, I just need someone to put me in check.

My partner and I have been together for 2 years and we separated back in April because I felt as if he wasn’t putting in as much effort as I was and he is paying for me as I am currently unemployed due to mental health and I felt as if he is wasting him money and time. We never spend any time together, he barely listens or even acts interested in what I’m saying and I honestly feel like a house mate he had sex with. Is this reasonable enough to leave or should I be patient for him to change even though it’s been 10 months??
