i feel like i’m peeing myself but i’m not?

i’m 30 weeks pregnant and the last couple days especially i’ve been getting this feeling where i’m physically peeing, maybe it could even be just all of a sudden my bladder is filled again all at once? but it happens shortly after i already have peed and it’s not like i’m leaking or having any actual fluid leave my body, it just feels like it, does anyone know if this is normal and what causes it?
