No Appetite at 30 weeks Pregnant?!

Currently 30 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden I really lost my appetite I try to force myself to eat because I know I need to but in the end I get sick or start feeling very sick. Any suggestions?

This is totally normal. My appetite tanked 2nd trimester and hasn’t returned. I guess it’s because the baby is taking up more and more room. You don’t really have to keep eating if you don’t feel hungry. You actually only need maybe 300 extra calories a day during pregnancy.
