Extreame Pelvic pain

I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and since 2 nights ago I’ve been having really bad cramps and pelvic pains it’s worse at night (literally hurts to move) i was wondering have any other mammas have had this happen to them and received a good outcome because everyone I ask think it’s preterm labor
