I had this. Turned out to be part of the sac leftover.
But it can be normal uterine lining. X

Are you still bleeding?
It could be after birth uterine lining. Similar to shedding during your normal period.
Definitely ask your OB to be on the safe side.

I'd go in and get check out - I was told if I had a clot the size of 50p or larger or anything solid like that to go get checked out incase part of the placenta or something was still in there. If left untreated it can cause major problems. It's likely nothing, but safer to be checked.
