Anyone else feel crappy?

2 days overdue and suddenly feel like ive been hit by a bus. Woke up this morning feeling just exhausted and progressively have been getting worse all day. Im super nauseous, have super achy muscles, i have extreme heartburn and nothing is helping and every step i take it feels like my hips are splitting apart. Ive been having on and off headaches too and everytime i sit or lay i immediately feel myself falling asleep. I also have a super busy and active 18 month old who apparently has to get into everything today and i feel like i can hardly move. Any advice?
