Can you get pregnant while ur on ur period( me and my bf had unprotected sex on my period) but we had it at the beginning of

My period but, my periods always last 7 days but day four it stopped half of the day which was yesterday, then today @ 430 I took a pregnancy test and it came up negative, however, right after I took the test like right after I started leaking and I checked my underwear and it was blood. What should I do?😭please someone help me cause now I’m stuck‼️‼️
