Anyone else’s MIL a bad influence on your husband?

I’m talking wanting to go out drinking all the time, being irresponsible, etc. I am currently 32 weeks and SO over it! He only goes out when she guilts him into it. At this point I’m convinced she will have him drunk during the damn birth! He doesn’t see the issue with it either because it’s his mom, of course

Not my SOs mom (she’s dead) but his aunt and cousins!  They’re in their 30s and 50s and give him so much shit if he won’t meet them for drinks EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT.  Here I am 30 weeks pregnant and taking care of our almost 2 year old all day every day by myself and they think he should go out and get drunk every weekend!  Luckily, he’s pretty good about telling them no lately, but sometimes he feels like he’s let them down and then does it regularly and acts like I just need to accept it as part of his routine.  Drives me bananas!!  He has a family, this isn’t how you live when you have a family.

So she is guilting him into going out drinking with her?? This is so weird. She needs a man of her own, and stop using her son as a date. Also why is an old lady going to bars? Just awkward...
