Leaking Breastmilk
Hi Y’all!!
This is my first post so go easy on me lol!
So I’m a FTM & EP and I get so upset when I get in the shower and my boobs just pour out and I feel so bad for wasting that breast milk.
Any tips besides pumping before? That makes the most sense but seeing as us new moms don’t always get notice when a shower opportunity pops up! Lol
