Hysterectomy opinions

Hi! My name is Laurie, I've been using the app for several years, but this is my first time posting. I am 2 weeks away from being 35, I'm a mom of 3 (10, 5 and an almost 2yo.). I am considering a hysterectomy as I am done having kids and it was recommended by my Urogynecologist, for certain medical reasons, even though it isn't necessary. I am wanting to know from any of you ladies who have had a hysterectomy (whether you kept your ovaries or not), if 1, you developed any issues, such as lack of sex drive, vaginal dryness, hormonal issues, etc...and 2, if you regretted it due to these issues or not. My sister had a hysterectomy, while keeping her ovaries and still had all these issues and regretted getting it done for those reasons. Wanting to see if its worth it..
