Epidural or no?

I've had a epidural with both of my sons but being this is my last baby I want to try to go all natural. Give me tips to deal with the pain!

Focus on your breathing during! Have a good support person, don’t stay in bed, have whoever rub your lower back during if you have back labor. It’s do able I promise! I had two babies completely natural. & probably will with this one as well ❤️

Breathing is the absolute best natural pain relief! And when your contractions are really strong make sure to move around into positions that feel the best for you

All about breathing and concentrating on things other than the pain. I read a hypnobirthing book and I believe it helped a lot. 
You’ll just have to learn as you go. Many people will say that movement is the key but I learned that lying still and almost pretending to sleep is what worked best for me.

Hire a doula! Also breathing techniques, tens unit, counter pressure, swaying, low/deep moans, birthing ball, "horse lips", positive affirmations
