Do MOST ectopics have bleeding/spotting?

I am high risk for ectopic and want to know. I read some stories of women having zero symptoms until like 8 weeks. But by then it could rupture. Do most women have some kinda bleeding with an ectopic? I know there will be exceptions but am I correct in thinking this is the GENERAL rule?

With one ectopic I did have bleeding and no rupture. The second one I had no bleeding until after the rupture. Keep getting checked out until you see that it's in the uterus, until you see that ultrasound you won't know. Good luck 💕
