Work out or wait until after all babies.

May sound like a silly question but i am not sure if i should do abs exercise when currently trying to conceive. I mean the whole body will just go back and i will give them up during pregnancy. Should i wait until i finish having kids to do exercise for my core and hips?

I have a son, and am super skinny so i want to use exercise to gain some weight and increase my strength. Not even sure if the abs will help with my diastasis recti.

My csection healef so well and am 2 years pp so i think am ready for more exercise but i want a baby so i wonder if is should wait.
