Braxton Hicks or labor?

Contractions that have come and gone for over 2 hours now, not painful or intensifying. I even took an epsom salt bath and I’m still getting them? I haven’t tried timing them yet thinking they would just stop. I haven’t really had braxton hicks or anything this whole time and I’m 37 weeks.

You could be having contractions I would time them and how intense they become I had my older two at 37wks I went into labor on my own

If they're not painful they're just braxton hicks, totally normal and a good sign your body is getting ready for the " real deal " once they're painful start tracking cause that means it may be time to head to hospital.

I’ve been having Braxton Hicks and they can definitely be pretty strong. Just keep an eye on the length and frequency
