1st prenatal visit(ultrasound/labs) question

I had my first appt yesterday. How long will it take to get the results from my labs back?? I’m curious to know if my Hcg levels are good.

We all thought I was 7+4 but when ultrasound was done it looked as if I was only 5+1 because we didn’t see a baby or yolk sac yet.

She said I either ovulated late or I am miscarrying but I have had no cramping or bleeding so I’m hoping it’s just the late ovulation. I just started getting pregnancy symptoms like nausea, frequent urination and my nipples are sore.
