Is facial hairs a sign of PCOS?

I just plucked my hairs about a week or so ago & now I had to do it again tonight & it’s making me so self conscious & sad 😞 I have regular periods but have been TTC for about 9 months now so I’m suspecting that. I get them on my chin, jaw line & neck. It’s not like a beard or anything but I have dark hair so it’s noticeable to me.
Comment if you deal with this & any tips.

It certainly can be, but I don’t think it would be the only symptom

Not always some woman have more testoerone than others which is a male dominant hormone we all have it but some woman who have a bit more can have facial hair to an extent but there’s seriously nothing wrong with it and we all have peach fuzz

I dont have Pcos and my testosterone is not elevated and all other hormones are normal but i still have some facial hairs 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
Some women can have it as only noticeable outward sign of pcos too even with regular periods. There’s really no way of telling without tests
