Non- Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Got an ultrasound sound done due to me have these weird lumps that move in my abdomen that hurt when I touch. I called the doctor office and the nurse told me that the doctor went home for the day but what she can see the report looks good. 2 days later nurse calls me back and says my doctor saw the report and that I have been diagnosed with a Fatty Liver. All he told the nurse was that I need to go on diet and an exercise. I’ve had these lumps over a year now. I’m super worried about it getting worse. Reading all this stuff on this disease is a bit scary. I have an appointment in 2 weeks but I wanted to see if anyone can give me some insight on this? Is it fixable? Am I always gonna have this? I know that there is no cure. They say PCOS can trigger it. If so can it effect future pregnancy?
