On-the-go toddler breakfast?

Need some suggestions for a not-horrifyingly-messy breakfast I can hand to my 2-year-old when she’s in her car seat or stroller.

A couple of mornings a week, I go for a run at a local greenway with her in the stroller. She used to be an earlier riser, so i had plenty of time to get us both dressed and fed breakfast at the kitchen table, go for a run, and get back in time for me to get to work.

She has started waking up later, which i DO NOT want to mess with, but i need to shorten our morning pre-run routine so I’m not late. Breakfast on-the-go would help.

She’s not picky and has no allergies. Would prefer a good protein source without a lot of sugar, but we otherwise eat really healthy so I’m not worried if it’s not nutritionally perfect. Mostly i just need her to be able to eat it without becoming a sticky mess in the stroller 😂. Any specific recommendations? I’m not familiar with what out there.
